“Family Matters” star Darius McCrary was arrested last month for failing to pay his child support for his two children.
The 47-year-old actor was booked on one felony count of failure to pay child support on November 27, 2023.
According to court documents, Darius has an outstanding balance of $52,788.04 as of March 12, 2019.
At his arraignment, the judge set the actor’s bond at $13,197.01 and ordered that he be monitored by a GPS device.
Darius was previously arrested in 2015 on a similar charge.
At the time, he paid roughly $5,500 in back child support.
According to online records, Darius McCrary is still in custody.
Sydney Starr took to social media and vowed to bail him out of jail.
She commented on an Instagram post writing, “Family Matters I’m about to bail him out!!!! Cause Family Matters!“
