Chris Brown voiced his frustration after the NBA invited him to participate in the 2024 All-Star Celebrity Game and later rescinded the invitation.

According to a post on the R&B star’s Instagram Story, the NBA regrettably informed Chris that he wouldn’t be able to participate in the All-Star Celebrity Game because some of their sponsors – like Ruffles – had an issue with it.

Chris said he’s “sick of people bothering him” and he is “tired of living in the f—g past.”

After rescinding his invitation to play in the 2024 All-Star Celebrity Game, Chris Brown said the NBA was trying to get him to still come out and sit courtside.

The “Deuces” singer wrote, “NOT F—G HAPPENING,” and added, “I only go where I’m appreciated.”

Breezy also produced receipts by posting the welcome email he received from the NBA as well as the information about the blue uniform he would be wearing as part of Lil Wayne‘s team.

UPDATE: Ruffles has released a statement denying they had any part of Chris being removed from the All-Star Celebrity Game.

Do you think it’s fair that Chris Brown is still being punished and missing out on opportunities because of something he did 15 years ago?
