Bryshere Gray has pleaded guilty in his felony domestic violence case and will have to serve jail time.

The 27-year-old rapper and actor, best known for his role as Hakeem Lyon on “Empire,” was facing serious charges of felony aggravated assault.

Bryshere took a plea deal where he must serve 10 days in county jail and remain on probation for three years.

He must also pay restitution and enroll in a domestic violence offender treatment program.

During his three-year probation, Bryshere must submit to drug and alcohol testing, and he cannot posses weapons of any kind.

That’s not all, Bryshere must check in with his probation officer within 72 hours of being contacted by law enforcement and he needs written approval before associating with anyone who has a criminal record.
