Just days after receiving backlash for criticizing August Alsina, Akbar V took to social media to endorse Donald Trump.
In case you missed it, a clip of August Alsina opening up about his sexuality on Nick Cannonâs âCounsel Cultureâ show surfaced online.
August explained that a higher power allowed him to open his heart.
The greatest gift that God could have ever given me was exposureâto expose me to so many different kinds of people, places, and things.
So, when people want you to define yourself as gay, straight, or bisexualâŚlove is much more complex than that and has much more depth.
August Alsina added, âBecause love is a language, Iâm fluent in love when it speaks to me.â

In response to the clip, Akbar V took to Instagram, writing:
Jesus ain’t did nun like this. Yâall play with God tooooo much…He gives us a choice. How did God do this if He says it’s a sin? So does that mean God is a liar? Kids, don’t believe thisâGod doesnât do this. His word doesnât come back void.
If He says donât do this, and someone says He told him to do this, that means youâre calling God a liar, and God is not a liar. Now, Iâm not the one to judge, because we all fall short of His glory, but donât put God in your worldly foolishness.
After receiving backlash for her unsolicited opinion, Akbar doubled down with another post, stating, âMany Christian influencers are afraid to speak the truth and call out deception. Iâve chosen not to be one of them.â
