Xzibit has admittedly been struggling financially to make ends meet, and to add to his financial woes his estranged wife, Krista Joiner, is seeking spousal support in their divorce.

According to Xzibit, she’s doing fine without spousal support.

The rapper said Krista makes $175K a year, and she’s living in their $3.7 million home with her new man and his kids.

Judging by some Instagram posts, Krista appears to be dating actor and singer Chico Benymon, who appeared on “Moesha” and “Half & Half” back in the day.

According to Xzibit, Chico has been shooting a pilot and flexing inside the home, bragging about it on social media, and taking down recording plaques and artwork.

Meanwhile, Xzibit says he hasn’t worked in Hollywood since 2019, he isn’t making any money from his cannabis ventures, and he lost a lot of tour money due to the pandemic.

In his response to Krista Joiner’s legal documents seeking spousal support, he stated he’s “struggling to make ends meet at the same time trying to uphold being a public figure, pay my own expenses and provide for my son.”

This is definitely different energy from when he was on Instagram with his N.W.D. t-shirt on.

Xzibit and Krista were married for six years before their divorce.

They have two sons together, Xavier and Gatlyn.

Sadly, Xavier died in May 2008 a few days after his premature birth.

Gatlyn was born in 2010 and he is now 12 years old.

Xzibit says before Krista filed for divorce, she bought a 2021 Bentley and signed the lease under his company’s name, Xzibit Inc., even though she’s not an executive there.

She also forged his name on the check for the down payment.

He told her to return the Bentley because he couldn’t afford it, but she refused and hid the vehicle for eight months before it was repossessed in January, a few weeks before she filed for divorce.

He also said he tried to get Krista to sell their $3.7 million house after she filed for divorce to try to capitalize on the market, but she only recently agreed to sell the property.

He believes they could’ve got a better deal if they would’ve sold when he suggested.

They had to take out loans to pay the mortgage pending a sale.

Xzibit’s finances may not be secure, but his heart appears to be. He has a new love as well.
