Wade Robson Is Suing Michael Jackson’s Estate Over Molestation Allegations

Choreographer, Wade Robson, is suing MJJ Productions Inc., alleging that Michael Jackson molested him at the Neverland Ranch when he was between the ages of 7 and 14.

He claims that when he came to the U.S. from Australia as a child, Michael befriended him and sexually abused him.

In 2005, when Michael Jackson was on trial in another molestation case, Wade Robson testified that he slept in Michael Jackson’s bed, but nothing happened.

He changed his story in 2013 saying that he testified falsely due to “complete manipulation and brainwashing.”

MJJ Productions Inc. argued that they had no legal duty to protect Robson or anyone else because they had no ability to control MJ.

The trial court agreed with MJ’s estate, but the California Court of Appeals’ tentative ruling suggests that the case will go to trial.

James Safechuck also filed a similar lawsuit with the Court of Appeal, and it appears his case will go to trial as well.

Video footage shows Wade Robson, James Safechuck, and a man named Anthony, who says he’s a survivor who wants to support other survivors, outside the courthouse along with some lawyers speaking confidently about their day in court.
