Tory Lanez took to the streets of Twitter with a suspiciously timed message about protecting Black men.
The singer, who is currently facing felony assault and gun charges for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion, shared the following tweets:
Protect black men.
I don’t care what y’all have to say …. WE ARE BLACK MEN … AND WE MATTER… don’t wait till we are lynched, lied on and character assassinated to realize they have removed all of our legends and role models from the conversations.
See Exhibits A & B below.
Ironically, these tweets – with a very valid message – hit the Twitter timeline shortly after Megan dragged Carl Crawford to and fro for his countersuit against her in their ongoing battle over her music.
Tory Lanez is currently trending on Twitter as people discuss and react to his “message.”
