Tiffany Haddish is officially a Grammy Award-winning comedian.
Her album version of her Netflix stand-up comedy special, “Black Mitzvah,” scooped a Grammy for Best Comedy Album on Sunday (March 14).
Tiffany was on set filming “Kids Say the Darndest Things” when she was told she had won a Grammy and in total shock she immediately began to cry.
For me, it was the convo she had with the two beautiful little girls on set that made my eyes sweat.
She posted video of the emotional moment on her Instagram page with the caption:
This is How I found out I Won a Grammy!
I was Working today for @kidssaythedarndestthings
Airing very soon on @cbstv . The Producers decided to tell me I WON a Grammy while I was interviewing these two young ladies Lauren and Ava, that want to someday be president of the United States of America. I was flooded with a such a since of accomplishment and relief. I kinda didn’t know what to say. I just wanted to cry but I knew it would have confused the babies.
