Texas Longhorns special teams coach Jeff Banks is facing national scrutiny after a monkey, belonging to his girlfriend, Danielle Thomas, allegedly attacked and injured a child on Halloween.
Danielle admitted something happened with her white face Capuchin monkey named Gia.
But, she blames the child for wandering into an area where he didn’t have permission to be.
I had a haunted house on one side gated off/ he had no permission to go pass the gate i had no idea he went in my back yard.
neither did i know anything about a bite ! Until a doctor of neighborhood told me the treat a small bite. No parent have contacted me about it!
According to Danielle Thomas, the trick or treaters were told to turn around when they get to the gate, which had balloons on it.
A 11/12 year old child should know better then to enter someone yard without permission and old enough to also follow the rules.
The rules were when u get to the gate turn around and come back out for candy every other parent and child did so!
People lie so much it’s ridiculous! Stop believing everything u hear! And more of what u see! SMH!
She posted a video detailing the kid’s alleged route to the monkey’s cage, and she showed the sign on the gate that clearly reads, “Do Not Enter, emotional support animal, no touching.”

Looks like Danielle has a strong case to me.
Danielle said she was unaware that her monkey bit anyone until a doctor informed her of a “small bite.”
But, a report from Monday night (Nov. 1) claimed the monkey’s jaws had to be “pried” open to free the child.
