JR details his incredible journey growing up in the inner city of New Orleans the pathway created from obtaining a GED in juvenile jail to ultimately successfully receiving his Juris Doctorate Law Degree.
His narrative delves into pivotal moments where Robinson’s life was at a crossroads and how he faced trauma and tragedy, but guided by his faith he turned those moments into motivation and triumphant success.
Follow JR as he deals with his time spent in jail, where he confronts the harsh realities of the criminal justice system and his acceptance in the calliope projects of New Orleans during the roughest times while identified as the murder capital of the world.
Throughout the memoir, Robinson reflects on his journey with honesty and introspection, sharing valuable insights gained from his diverse experiences and how that mental toughness created the man he is today.
