The sisters of R. Kelly are speaking out claiming racism played a part in his 30-year sentence for sex trafficking.

The sentence was handed down on June 29 after the 55-year-old disgraced singer was found guilty of abusing women, girls, and boys for decades.

In an exclusive interview with “Good Morning Britain,Cassandra Kelly said, “African Americans have always been treated unfairly. And so I think that has a lot to do with it, as well as other factors.”

His sister, Lisa Kelly, confirmed she’s seen her brother with younger women – but stressed that they weren’t underaged.

She even went as far as calling his alleged victims “bitter.”

“I can say he may have been with younger women, but as far as underage girls, no—and I stress underage girls,” Lisa said. “Who has seen that? I believe a lot of the alleged victims are bitter.”

Lisa went on to say R. Kelly is the only victim in this case.

“He is not a monster, he is not a pedophile,” she proclaimed. “The only victim I’ve seen that’s been stolen from, lied on, is Robert.”
