The Washington Football Team was fined $10 million, on July 1, as a result of an investigation into allegations of a hostile culture.
The findings of the investigations were not made public, with the exception of some racist emails sent by former Las Vegas Raiders coach John Gruden.
Gruden claims the Raiders pressured him to resign after his racist emails were exposed, and he filed a lawsuit against the NFL and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
