A GoFundMe has been launched for Bo$$ to raise money to cover a very important medical procedure she needs.
The Detroit rapper, whose real name is Lichelle Laws, was signed to Def Jam West and released her debut album, Born Gangstaz, in 1993.
Her single, “Deeper,” was my most favorite tune from the album.
Sadly, in 2011, Bo$$ suffered renal failure, which led to her suffering a stroke and a seizure in 2017.
Laws, now 51, must undergo a special procedure that will enable to be added to the kidney transplant list.
The GoFundMe is raising funds to pay for the cost of the procedure she needs.
It’s heartbreaking when you hear stories like this especially when necessary treatment is held up because of financial strain.
