Icelene Jones, Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s widow and the administrator of his estate, has filed a lawsuit against Wu-Tang Clan Productions for breach of contract.

According to Icelene, in 1992, ODB, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, and GZA signed a contract that entitled them to half of all the music they put out.

Icelene also claims that Wu-Tang Clan Productions agreed to pay ODB no less than 50% of net royalties from the exploitation of his image and likeness.

ODB passed in 2004, but Icelene persists that the contract is still valid and the money should be paid to his estate.

She said she hasn’t received proper accounting from the company since 2011.

Icelene did acknowledge that she received a few payments here and there, including a $130,000 payment in July 2021, but she says the company owes much more than they have paid.

Icelene Jones is pursuing at minimum a million dollars in damages.

Hopefully, Wu-Tang Productions will run Icelene her money.
