Nashali Alma was attacked inside the gym in her Florida apartment building on January 22, and she put the paws on her attacker to the point where he got tired and left.
Little did her attacker know that Nashali is a competitive bodybuilder who is about that life.
Her attacker was identified as Xavier Thomas-Jones, also a resident inside the same building.
In the surveillance footage, Xavier is seen knocking on the gym door, and Nashali casually lets him in.
She said she thought he was just another dude coming in the gym to work out so she didn’t think much of opening the door for him.
After opening the door, Nashali went back to her workout, and three minutes later, Xavier approached her and tried to grab her by her waist.
As soon as he was approaching me I pushed him.
I said, ‘Bro, get away from me!’
And he kept trying to come towards me, and kept re-approaching me.
So, to the point where I just ran off to the side, like, there was a gym bench.
And I went to call 9-1-1 at that moment, and that’s where he started trying to grab my phone.
And I threatened him, like, ‘Bro get away from me, stop trying to touch me,’ and he started chasing me around the bench.
Nashali was chased to the other side of the gym, and Xavier grabbed her and wrestled her to the floor.
When it was happening, I actually had no fear.
I am a bodybuilder, and I’m actually pretty strong.
So in my mind I knew I was stronger than him, and I knew I could fight back.
At the end of the video, you can see him getting tired.
I said if I keep going, I keep pushing, I keep fighting, he’s going to stop, he’s going to let go, and he finally did.
As long as you don’t give up, you fight back, you show him that you are strong, that you are one, that you’re able to fight back, and survive this and get out of the situation, I believe it’s possible.
Xavier Thomas Jones was arrested the next day and charged with sexual battery, false imprisonment, burglary, and kidnapping.

Nashali Alma is now a fit legend being hailed as a hero by many who saw her open up a can of Molly Whop on a creep.
She said she is very appreciative of the love and support.
