Michael Irvin has filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit against a woman he says falsely accused him of misconduct.

The NFL Hall of Famer is also suing the Marriott hotel where he met his accuser.

Michael filed the lawsuit against “Jane Doe” and Marriott International on Thursday in Collin County, Texas.

The suit comes on the heels of ESPN and the NFL Network pulling him from covering Super Bowl LVII following accusations of misconduct.

In his lawsuit, Michael Irvin said he returned to the hotel and briefly greeted, shook hands, and talked with several fans, including a woman, for a few minutes before going to his room alone.

The lawsuit alleges a hotel manager reported “false information’ to the NFL, accusing Irvin of improper behavior toward a hotel employee.

Michael was then “shockingly woken up by a crew of security” and removed from the hotel “without any explanation or questions,” according to the lawsuit.

His attorney, Levi McCathern, said witnesses have come forward in defense of his client.

“It is clear Michael is the latest victim of our cancel culture where all it takes is an accusation to ruin a person’s life. Michael looks forward to clearing his name in court and hopes the court of public opinion will see the truth come out as well,” McCathern said.
