Atlanta police have charged a man with felony murder in the shooting death of 26-year-old rapper King Von.
On Saturday (November 7), APD announced they have charged 22-year-old Timothy Leeks with felony murder and they have obtained warrant for his arrest.
Leeks is currently in custody at Grady Hospital where he is recovering from a gunshot wound.
Von, real name Dayvon Bennett, was one of two people killed in a shootout in a parking lot next to Monaco Hookah Lounge Friday. Four others were injured with one in critical condition.
