Talk about Black Girl Magic! Madison Crowell, an 18-year-old high school senior from Hinesville, Georgia, was accepted into a whopping 231 colleges and awarded a staggering $14.7 million in scholarships to help pay for her education!

That’s right – 231 colleges saw Madison’s potential and wanted her on their campus.

In the end, Madison decided to attend High Point University (HPU) in North Carolina, where she received a full-tuition scholarship.

Getting all of this recognition is very heartwarming,” Madison humbly told People Magazine. “The immense amount of support is greatly appreciated.”

She’s also excited that her story is inspiring others, not just in the US but around the world!

More Than Just Grades

Madison Crowell isn’t just a brilliant student.

She’s also incredibly involved in her community.

At her high school, she’s held many leadership positions – vice president of her class, varsity cheerleader, student ambassador, and even the lead basketball manager!

She’s also a National Honor Society member and the yearbook’s managing editor.

A Passion for Service and a Bright Future

Madison plans to major in exercise science at HPU and eventually become a physical therapist.

She’s also joining HPU’s Bonner Leaders program, which connects students with local non-profit organizations and community projects.

This is a perfect fit for Madison Crowell, who clearly has a passion for giving back.

High Point University President Dr. Nido Qubein is thrilled to welcome Madison to the school.

He says, “She is going to do exceptional things…The sky is not the limit for her.”

We couldn’t agree more! Congratulations, Madison – you’re an inspiration to us all!
