Kim Zolciak is doing what she has to do to save her marriage!
A month after her husband Kroy Biermann filed for divorce for a second time, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum has filed to dismiss his petition claiming they are still getting it on in the bedroom.
In the court filing, Kim said that she and Kroy “have engaged in marital sexual relations on multiple occasions since the filing of the petition for divorce.”
Kim Zolciak says she put it on Kroy as recently as September 7, proving that their marriage is not “irretrievably broken” as he claims.
The document states that “marital relations” between the two “demonstrates that the marriage is, or was at some point viable after the filing,” therefore “proving that the allegations of the marriage being irretrievably broken are demonstrably false.”
In order for Kroy Biermann’s divorce filing to move forward, both and Kim have to “once again affirm that the marriage is indeed irretrievably broken” by filing yet another petition, according to the motion.
At this point, Kroy is playing peek-a-boo with the divorce courts.
