Jamie Foxx’s daughter, Corinne Foxx, took to social media on Friday (May 11) to shut down erroneous reports that claim her family is “preparing for the worst.”
Journalist Toure took to social media hours ago and posted, “Jamie Foxx is on Life Support in ICU at this Hour…Family is preparing for the worst 🙁 … Wow.”
Sadly, multiple blog sites and media outlets picked up the post and ran with it like a baton in a triathlon.
Toure has since deleted the post and now he’s getting dragged on Twitter, but we’ll get back to that later.
Corinne Foxx broke her silence via her Instagram Story by responding to one of the headlines.
The 29-year-old actress wrote:

Sad to see how the media runs wild.
My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating.
In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday!
Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support!
We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!

He is getting dragged like a Raggedy Andy doll through the streets of Twitter for carelessly spreading false information in regard to Jamie’s health.
