Jada Pinkett Smith is now saying she and her husband Will Smith were separated for 7 years UNTIL Oscars night.

At her “Worthy” book tour event on Monday night in Atlanta, Jada told the attendees:
This is where the media – and I get it – wants to clamp onto something and spin it all around.
So, yes – we were separated for seven years until Oscar night!
The crowd erupted in cheers as Jada Pinkett Smith smiled and nodded her head like she just dropped a hot 16 and won a rap battle.

Now, I know you remember less than two weeks ago, during her interview on the “Today” show, Jada said was shocked when Will told Chris Rock to keep his wife’s name out of his mouth after slapping him on stage.
What is going on? Now, first of all, I’m really shocked cause mind you – I’m not there. We haven’t called each other ‘husband and wife’ in a long time.
I’m like, ‘What is going on right now?’
