House Of The Dragon: HBO Teases ‘Game Of Thrones’ Prequel

HBO has released the first official teaser for its highly anticipated upcoming drama series, “House of the Dragon.

The series, based on George R.R. Martin’s “Fire & Blood,” is set 200 years before the events of “Game of Thrones” and tells the story of House Targaryen. 

The cast includes Will Johnson as Ser Vaemond Velaryon, the younger brother to Coryls Velaryon and commander in the Velaryon navy.

Olivia Cooke as “Alicent Hightower” and Rhys Ifans as “Otto Hightower.”

John Macmillan as Ser Laenor Velaryon, the son of Corlys Velaryon and  Rhaenys Targaryen.

Savannah Steyn as Lady Lane Velayron, the daughter of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen. 

Steve Toussaint as Lord Corlys Velaryon, “The Sea Snake.”

Emma D’Arcy as “Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen” and Matt Smith as “Prince Daemon Targaryen”

And Theo Nate as Ser Laenor Velaryon, the son of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen.
