Hazel-E took to social media with very sad news on Friday (June 3).

The former reality TV star revealed that she suffered a miscarriage during her second pregnancy due to an infection from surgery.

Hazel-E posted a video via her Instagram Story from the hospital saying:

So, there’s a reason why we did not announce our pregnancy…because it was complications due to my infection from surgery.

And so, I didn’t want to get anybody’s hopes up. I was trying to maintain my expectations.

The baby did not make it. Unfortunately, we had a miscarriage and I’m going to get through.

We’re okay. We’re going to be okay.

Her husband, Devon Waller, added:

We’re going to get this infection out of you so that we can have a healthy baby.

Hazel-E also took a moment to admonish all of the sites that prematurely posted her pregnancy news to be “first.”

For all the websites who announced my pregnancy…maybe you should let people announce stuff in their own time because if I weren’t mentally strong that could have super triggered me.

It’s unclear what surgery the infection stemmed from.

You may recall, that the former “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star suffered major complications last year after traveling to Istanbul, Turkey for a Mommy Makeover.

She was in tears as she revealed her breast implants were leaking and causing her to get sick.

Even after suffering such a horrible ordeal in Turkey, Hazel underwent surgery again.

When faced with criticism, she shared:

No, I do love myself a lot. I just haven’t been able to accept these changes my post-baby body did. Surgery of no kind is ever easy. But when you need it. You do it.

If your muscles were not attached to your body and your organs were flapping in the wind, I’m sure you’d consider fixing it.

The liposuction was definitely optional.

We are sending love and prayers to Hazel-E and her husband.
