Patricia Cornwall, a former Los Angeles Raiders cheerleader, received an assault charge for Christmas after she attacked an 80-year-old man on a Delta flight.

Patricia was on a flight from Tampa, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia, on Christmas Eve, and as she left the airplane bathroom she noticed that a flight attendant was in the aisle blocking the path to her seat.

She allegedly asked the flight attendant to help her find her seat, and the flight attendant told her to find an open seat until beverage service was over.

Patricia responded, “What am I Rosa Parks?

Allegedly, an 80-year-old maskless man chimed in and told Patricia, she “isn’t Black … this isn’t Alabama and this isn’t a bus.”

Patricia and the 80-year-old man began to argue and cuss at each other, and Patricia was adamant about the 80-year-old putting a mask on.

She repeatedly told him to “mask up” throughout their argument, even though her mask was on her chin.

As flight attendants tried to calm her down, the 80-year-old man called her a b**ch.

She became more aggressive and punched and spat on the 80-year-old man.

He attempted to defend himself and told her she’s going to jail as soon as the plane lands for assaulting him.

According to police, both passengers and Delta employees were injured during the assault.

Patricia Cornwall was taken into federal custody after authorities gathered statements and observed visible evidence.

She was charged with assault, and she can only travel commercial to go home.
