FKA Twigs has decided to go public with her assault allegations against actor Shia LeBeouf.
FKA Twigs has never done a TV interview before, but after failed attempts of trying to compromise with LeBeouf to try to come to a resolution with minimal media coverage, she decided to sit down with Gayle King and address the allegations.
Twigs stated that LeBeouf would pick fights with her in the middle of the night, and insult her by calling her “vile” and “disgusting.”
She also stated that LeBeouf would force her to sleep naked, using the logic that if she slept in clothes that would be a way of keeping herself from him.
Twigs said the alleged domestic abuse made her feel powerless.
It’s a miracle I came out alive.
After reaching her boiling point with the mind games, Twigs filed a civil suit against LeBeouf in December 2019 alleging he physically abused her, tormented her, and knowingly gave her an STI.
During the time Twigs filed the lawsuit, LeBeouf denied many of the allegations and used his alcoholism as a shield.
Although many of these allegations are not true. I am not in the position to defend any of my actions.
I owe these women the opportunity to air their statements publicly and accept accountability for those things I have done.
As someone in recovery, I have to face almost daily reminders of things I did say and do when I was drinking.
LeBeouf has not responded to the new allegations as of yet.
