Erica Herman, Tiger Woods‘ ex-girlfriend, filed legal documents claiming that an NDA he made her sign in 2017 is being wrongfully enforced.
According to Erica Herman, the NDA should be unenforceable because of the Speak Out Act.
The Speak Out Act:
This act prohibits the judicial enforceability of a nondisclosure clause or non-disparagement clause agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment in violation of federal, tribal, or state law.
Before the filing, Erica appeared to be a priority in Tiger’s life over the past six years.
She had seemingly gained the trust and affection of his family over the years, including his ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
Reportedly, Erica dropped everything to be by Tiger’s side during his recovery from his terrible single-car accident in early February 2021.

Clearly, their relationship has taken a turn.
Erica stated that she is seeking clarity from the court, and she is eager to share her experiences with Tiger once a judge declares the NDA invalid and unenforceable.
Reportedly, Tiger’s team has not responded to requests for comment.
