Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s Blaze restaurant is closed for business after one employee shot another on Wednesday night.
South Fulton Police Lt. Rogers said an employee was involved in an altercation and fired their gun, striking another employee in the arm.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The shooter fled before police arrived and is now on the run.
Blaze Steak and Seafood, located off of Cascade Road, is named after the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s youngest child.
The official Instagram page for the Blaze restaurant posted that they would be closed for a system update and staff training.
Blaze will be closed today for a system update and staff training. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We will reopen Friday, September 9th at 1 PM.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first incident of violence at one of their establishments.
In 2020, three people were shot after a man entered the Old Lady Gang restaurant and targeted another man.
Two bystanders were also shot in that incident. All three victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
