Coco Jones recently appeared on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” and they both revealed that they get mistaken for each other a lot.
Coco said she gets mistaken for Jennifer so much that she just plays into it now.
Jennifer said she tells people that she’s not Coco, but she doesn’t tell them that she’s Jennifer Hudson.
After revealing that they get mistaken for one another a lot, Coco seized the opportunity to give Jennifer Hudson her flowers.
You know you have been so impactful in my life. Just watching you, another beautiful dark-skinned woman, just killing it!
Like, that’s my motivation.
Jennifer was very appreciative of the compliment, and she said whenever someone asks who she wants to play her, Coco’s name always comes up.
Coco responded:
Stop playing with me because you know…I’m ready, at this point!
Coco has a vast acting background. She was a child star on the Disney Channel.
She starred in the 2012 Disney film Let It Shine, she was featured on “Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing” from 2010 to 2011, and she guest starred on Disney Channel’s television series “So Random” in 2011.
She currently plays Hillary Banks on Peacock’s “Bel-Air” series.
Coco definitely has the skill set to smash a Jennifer Hudson role.
