Coco Jones delivered a flawless performance of her hit single, “ICU,” on the “Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.”
The 25-year-old singer and “Bel-Air” star looked absolutely beautiful as she showed off her vocal range.
Watch her performance below.
Coco Jones may be young, but she’s a seasoned veteran in the entertainment industry.
I think most would agree that her breakout role was in the original Disney Channel movie, Let It Shine, when she starred in the lead role of “Roxie.”
That’s when Coco not only showed off her acting chops, but she showcased her beautiful voice, with several of the songs from the movie charting on the Billboard Hot 100.
But, at some point, fast times slowed up Coco took a step back from the public eye.
Coco said she got scared because she reflected on her career peaking as a Disney child star and then being humbled as the jobs slowed up as she got older.
During an interview on “The R&B Money” podcast, she shared how TikTok reignited her career.
Coco discovered doing covers of artists’ songs on TikTok, and she did a cover of SZA’s song “Hit Different.”
She recorded the cover and posted it nonchalantly, and the next morning the cover went viral. SZA even reached out to her about the cover.
In addition to being a recording artist, Coco Jones now stars as “Hilary Banks” on the hit Peacock series, “Bel-Air.”
The series just got renewed for a third season!
Congrats to Coco on all of her success.
“ICU” has had me in a chokehold since the song was released!
