Chris Brown has been hit with a $20 million lawsuit that is accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2020.
The lawsuit was filed by Jane Doe who says she is a music artist, model, dancer, and professional choreographer.
The alleged assault happened on December 30, 2020, on a yacht at Diddy’s home on Star Island in Miami.
Jane Doe says Chris invited her to Diddy’s home when he grabbed the phone of a friend she was FaceTiming.
When she arrived, Jane Doe says Chris Brown offered her a drink and they made their way to the kitchen area on the yacht.
Chris allegedly gave Jane a red cup with a mixed drink inside and they began to talk.
After her second cup, Jane Doe said she began to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”
The lawsuit states Jane also felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.”
That’s when Chris Brown allegedly led her into a bedroom, blocked her from leaving, and sexually assaulted her.
Jane claims Chris eventually jumped up and announced he was “done.”
According to the lawsuit, Chris texted Jane Doe the following day and demanded that she take a Plan B pill and she followed his orders.
Jane Doe is suing the singer for $20 million in damages because she has suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the sexual assault.
Her attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, said Jane Doe did not report the assault to police because she was a medical student and embarrassed.
Chris took to Instagram to respond to the allegations and lawsuit.
In a post on his Instagram Story, the “Iffy” singer wrote:
I HOPE YALL SEE THIS PATTERN OF ???? whenever I’m releasing music or projects, “THEY” try to pull some real bullsh*t.
He also posted a photo of himself wearing multiple “caps” to drive his point home.
