Charlie Sheen Shares Personal Revelations
Charlie Sheen is baring it all in his upcoming memoir, “The Book of Sheen,” and Netflix documentary series, “aka Charlie Sheen.”
For the first time, the 58-year-old actor is speaking openly about having sexual encounters with men.
In the book and doc, Sheen explains he “flipped the menu” when it came to past experiences and admits it feels “liberating” to finally put it all on the table.
“It’s f**ing liberating… just to talk about stuff,” Sheen says in the documentary.
“It’s like a train didn’t come through the side of the restaurant. A f**king piano didn’t fall out of the sky. No one ran into the room and shot me.”
Opening Up On Good Morning America
During a sit-down with “Good Morning America,” Charlie Sheen connected the beginning of his sexual encounters with men to his struggles with crack cocaine.
“That’s what started it,” he admitted.
A Surprising Story About His Former Drug Dealer
Sheen also shared with Variety that his former drug dealer, Marco, unexpectedly helped save his life.
Instead of providing him with harmful substances, Marco secretly substituted baking soda to help Sheen begin weaning off narcotics.
“It’s kind of the moon landing of a solution inside of that insanity,” Sheen said. “It just made sense to give that a shot.”
