Anne Heche is fighting for her life after a fiery crash last week, but she may also end up fighting for her freedom.
The actress is now being investigated for felony DUI after crashing her car into a home in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles on August 5.

Anne’s crash was originally being investigated as a misdemeanor, but it was upgraded to a felony after a victim, who lived in the home she struck, came forward with injuries.
According to TMZ, law enforcement sources say cocaine and fentanyl were found in Anne’s blood, however, the fentanyl may have been administered at the hospital as a pain med.
Anne Heche is in extremely critical condition.
In a statement to CNN, a spokesperson for Heche said, “She has a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention. She is currently being treated at the Grossman Burn Center.”
I pray Anne recovers and gets the help that she needs.
