A24 has released the final trailer for Alex Garland’s action epic, Civil War, which opens in theaters on April 12, 2024.
According to IMDb, the film follows events in the United States during a civil war where government forces attack civilians, and journalists are shot in the capital.
The deeply unsettling trailer reveals 19 states have seceded from the union, an uprising is going down and the fascist three-term president, played by Nick Offerman, has issued air strikes against U.S. citizens.
The highly-anticipated film stars Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Stephen McKinley Henderson, and Cailee Spaeny.
