OOPS! A North Carolina woman is sitting in jail looking like Boo Boo The Fool after she set fire to the wrong house in a revenge attempt against her ex-boyfriend.

Christie Louise Jones took matters into her own hands on Friday (July 22) when she set the home in the small community of Gold Hill on fire.

The owner of the home attempted to put the fire out with his garden hose but realized she had appeared to plug the water with sealant.

The homeowner grabbed his rifle when he saw Jones in possession of one of his dogs.

After a confrontation, she fled the scene before the authorities arrived.

The fire caused about $20,000 in damage.

Christie Louise Jones, 49, was arrested on multiple charges, including first-degree arson.

She was also charged with assault with a deadly weapon and larceny of an animal.

Jones’ bond is set at a little over $100,000.

My heart and prayers go out to the homeowner for simply living in the wrong house at the wrong time.

And we still don’t know what her ex did to her.
