Just days before Beyoncé lit up the Mercedes-Benz Stadium with her Cowboy Carter Tour, thieves broke into an SUV belonging to her choreographer and one of her dancers—and made off with unreleased music and sensitive tour materials.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, the break-in occurred just after 8 p.m. on July 8 inside a parking deck at the popular Krog Street Market.
Christopher Grant, Beyoncé’s longtime choreographer, and dancer Diandre Blue told police they had parked their black Jeep Wagoneer rental around 8:09 p.m.
When they returned, they discovered the rear window smashed and their two suitcases stolen.

The stolen luggage wasn’t just filled with clothes and gadgets—it reportedly held the creative core of Beyoncé’s show.
According to the police report obtained by Channel 2’s Michael Seiden, Grant stated the thieves took jump drives containing:
- Watermarked and unreleased Beyoncé music
- Plans and footage for the Cowboy Carter Tour
- Past and upcoming set lists
- Private and sensitive production materials
Also stolen were designer sunglasses, clothing, laptops, and a pair of AirPods Max headphones—devices police used to track the suspects using Apple’s “Find My” feature.
🚨 Police Identify Suspect And Track Devices
An officer responding to the signal conducted a suspicious stop in the area.
Several cars were pinging from the same location, including a silver vehicle seen traveling in sync with the AirPods tracking.
The investigation also uncovered surveillance footage of the break-in, and detectives are actively reviewing leads.
Police have identified a suspect and issued an arrest warrant, but the name has not been released.
They believe the suspect may be linked to a red 2025 Hyundai Elantra with Georgia plates.
