Tyrese is back in the court of public opinion to present his case against his ex-wife Samantha Lee, who recently requested his tax returns and bank statements to assess his income.
The R&B singer and actor claims that his recent projects have prompted her to seek an increase in her $20,000 child support request to $40,000.

“They’ve been looking at all my movies, concerts, and shows, and they’re over there like blood-sucking lawyers rubbing their hands. And Samantha is doing the same thing—rubbing her hands and thinking, ‘Oh, s**t! For the last year and a half… he looks like he’s been doing really well. Let’s go ahead and get those bank statements.’”
Tyrese also claims that his ex, Samantha Lee, makes close to $150,000 a year as a life coach and influencer through social media.
