📺 A Bold New Chapter In The ‘Sistas‘ Universe

BET+ is doubling down on what works—and what Black women love. The streamer just announced Tyler Perry’s “Divorced Sistas”, a brand-new series set to premiere Monday, June 9 on BET, right in sync with the 2025 BET Awards.
It’ll drop on BET+ the very next day, Tuesday, June 10.
The show marks the first original series under Tyler Perry’s massive, multi-year content deal with BET Media Group—a game-changing partnership that continues to uplift and amplify Black storytelling in a major way.
✨ What ‘Divorced Sistas‘ Is All About

This one’s for anybody who’s ever loved, lost, or had to start over.
“Divorced Sistas” follows five tight-knit frens—Rasheda, Geneva, Naomi, Tiffany, and Bridgette—as they try to put the pieces of their lives back together after love doesn’t quite go the way they planned.
It’s raw. It’s real. And it dives deep into everything from divorce to dating, marriage to sisterhood.
But the real drama? It might not come from the men—it’s what happens when the very foundation of their circle gets shaken.

As Tyler Perry himself puts it:
‘Divorced Sistas’ is a story of resilience and the power of female friendship…
I hope audiences fall in love with these dynamic characters and explore their own personal truths about healing and love.

This ensemble is giving everything it needs to give.
Here’s who’s bringing “Divorced Sistas” to life:
LeToya Luckett as “Rasheda”

Graceful, strong-willed, and endlessly compassionate, Rasheda is the cherished First Lady of God’s Light Christian Church. As the heart of her community, she stands beside her husband, Pastor Jefferson, balancing elegance and faith while quietly wrestling with feeling overlooked at home.
Khadeen Indréa as “Geneva”

Sharp, poised, and always ten steps ahead, Geneva is a powerhouse attorney and devoted mom. Beneath her polished exterior, she navigates the quiet complexities of marriage to William, striving to maintain her strength, sanity, and sense of self.
Porscha Coleman as “Naomi”

Fiery, unapologetic, and fierce, Naomi is a woman scorned—and unafraid to own it. Fresh off a bitter divorce from Franklin, she channels her heartbreak into unshakable determination, refusing to be silenced or dismissed.
Briana Price as “Tiffany”

Tiffany is a resilient single mother and loyal friend, juggling a demanding career in real estate while rebuilding after a painful divorce. Grounded and graceful, she carries herself with quiet strength and unwavering purpose.
Jennifer Sears as “Bridgette”

Steady, loyal, and full of heart, Bridgette is Rasheda’s right hand at God’s Light Christian Church. A compassionate soul and trusted confidante, she’s the glue that keeps the ministry moving—graceful under pressure and guided by purpose.
RonReaco Lee as “William”

Polished, charming, and deeply devoted to his daughter, William is Geneva’s husband and a man who seems to have it all. But beneath the surface of their seemingly perfect marriage, cracks are beginning to show.
DeVon Franklin as “Pastor Jefferson”

Respected and commanding, Pastor Jefferson leads his congregation with conviction. Yet at home, his passion for the pulpit often overshadows his relationship with Rasheda, creating emotional distance where love once flourished.
Donovan Christie Jr. as “Franklin”

Arrogant, wealthy, and emotionally detached, Franklin is Naomi’s ex-husband who’s moved on—and makes sure she knows it. Every gesture is calculated, every appearance with his new wife designed to cut deeper than the last.
Robert Christopher Riley as “Javon”

Charismatic and mysterious, Javon is a newly divorced blast from Geneva and William’s past. Back after five years, he’s charming on the surface—but his return is no accident. He’s here to reclaim what (or who) he believes was always his.
