Tristan Thompson’s lawyer, Marty Singer, sent a cease and desist letter to Instagram model Sydney Chase claiming she is a “liar” and she has no proof of a relationship with Tristan.
In the letter, Singer calls her allegations “malicious defamatory fabrications.”
Sydney recently claimed on the “No Jumper” podcast that she had sex with Tristan since he and Khloe reunited.
She also claimed to have salacious texts from him, which Singer shoots down in the letter.
Mr. Thompson had no relationship with you whatsoever and he never sent you any such texts.
It is obvious that you are a liar.
The letter implies a lawsuit if Sydney continues “defaming” Thompson in the media or online, “you do so at your peril since you may find yourself in court attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct.”
Sydney has reportedly been shopping a reality TV deal, and bragging about the increase in her online engagement numbers, which make her allegations look even more suspect.
Tristan’s attorney also sent a C&D letter to Adam22, the host of the “No Jumper” podcast.
Adam22 has already had the portion of Sydney’s interview where she talks about the alleged fling removed.
Given Tristan Thompson’s cheating history, most people assumed he had resorted back to his old ways, but his lawyer has done a good job raising doubts about Sydney’s credibility.
[Update]
Sydney took to her Instagram Story to say she hasn’t received a cease and desist from anyone.
