Hey Cool Cats and KittensCarole Baskin is being sued for defamation.

Anne McQueen, Carole’s former assistant is suing the “Tiger King” star for posting a video on YouTube claiming Anne played a role in Don Lewis’ disappearance.

According to the lawsuit, the same statement and embezzlement allegations were posted on Carole’s website, BigCatRescue.org.

The lawsuit is seeking a “pure bill of discovery” which allows information in the case to be gathered before a civil complaint is filed.

Despite contentions to the contrary, the truth has never been explored in any court and there is a good faith basis to believe the truth will open up many viable remedies.

On Tuesday, Don Lewis’ three daughters, Donna Pettis, Lynda Sanchez, and Gale Rathbone filed an amended complaint in state court in Tampa.

They too are seeking more information about what happened to their father when he disappeared into thin air on August 18, 1997.

Meanwhile…back at the ranch, Carole Baskin is competing on “Dancing with the Stars.”
