Kate Wyler’s World Turns Upside Down

Netflix has officially dropped the trailer for “The Diplomat” Season 3, and Frens, it looks like Ambassador Kate Wyler (Keri Russell) is about to face her biggest challenges yet.

After getting everything she claimed she wanted, Kate now has to deal with the fallout.

She accused Vice President Grace Penn (Allison Janney) of plotting terrorism and admitted she had her eyes on the VP seat.

But now, with the President dead, Grace Penn sitting in the Oval Office, and her husband Hal (Rufus Sewell) potentially tied to the tragedy, Kate is stepping into a nightmare.

A New Role, New Allies, And Dangerous Bonds

In Season Three, Kate is forced into a position she never wanted.

With unexpected freedom, she’s navigating an increasingly complicated connection with Foreign Secretary Austin Dennison (David Gyasi) and a troubling bond with First Gentleman Todd Penn (Bradley Whitford).

Meanwhile, Hal is still relentlessly campaigning for her to claim the vice presidency no matter the cost.

The Emmy-nominated series “The Diplomat” from creator Debora Cahn keeps raising the stakes, weaving together politics, betrayal, and relationships with the kind of intensity fans crave.

The Power Behind The Show

Alongside Cahn, executive producers include Janice Williams, Alex Graves, and Keri Russell herself.

The cast also features Ali Ahn, Rory Kinnear, and Ato Essandoh, ensuring this season is just as star-studded and suspenseful as the last two.
