Tamar Braxton is thanking God for life after surviving a terrifying health scare that left her physically injured and emotionally shaken.
The Grammy-nominated singer and reality TV star took to her Instagram Story with an emotional and alarming update.
She revealed that on Sunday, she was found in a pool of blood with severe injuries to her face and body and she has no idea what happened to her.

In a message filled with heartbreak and raw vulnerability, Tamar wrote:
“I struggled to write this but everyone keeps calling me and honestly, I can’t even really talk anymore I’m so weak. I almost died Sunday.
I was found in a pool of blood from my friend with a face injury. As the days go by the worse it is.
I fractured my nose, lost some teeth and mobility 💔💔
the way I look at life now is totally different.
As my health is on the mend my mental journey begins.. pray for me for real 💔💔💔💔
I don’t even know what happened to me 💔💔”
She followed up with a second post simply thanking God for waking her up.

Just hours before the traumatic incident, Tamar was seen enjoying herself at V12 Restaurant and Sports Bar in Atlanta.
Videos circulating online showed her hanging out with popular blogger Funky Dineva and Vinny Watson.
It’s deeply unsettling to think such a joyful night ended in a life-threatening emergency.
