🧨 This Ain’t No Touchdown… It’s a Lawsuit
Steve Smith Sr. is making headlines again—but this time, it’s not for anything football-related.
The former Panthers and Ravens receiver has been sued in North Carolina under a “homewrecker” law.
Antonio Martinez is suing for more than $100,000, claiming Smith deliberately and maliciously seduced his wife, Nicole Martinez, during a September 2024 trip to Baltimore.
🎬 From NFL Show Shoot To Alleged Shenanigans
Antonio says Steve was in town filming “The NFL’s Most Interesting Jobs with Steve Smith” when he crossed paths with Nicole, who plays in the Ravens’ marching band.
From there, things allegedly escalated quickly.
Antonio claims Smith—through someone connected to the NFL—gave Nicole his number and started texting her.
Not just friendly convos either—he’s talking explicit messages, nude pics, and solo videos that left little to the imagination.
🏈 A Playoff Game & A Private Rendezvous
The lawsuit says things went from flirty to full-blown physical in January 2025, when Steve and Nicole reportedly linked up after a Ravens playoff game.
Antonio says Steve kept the communication going, sending even more messages like: “I would love to bend u over the sink right now.”
Whew, Chile.
📞 The Confrontation That Went Public
Antonio says he found out everything in February and called Steve directly—and recorded the whole thing.
That call allegedly ended up on social media for all the world to hear.
Soon after, Antonio filed for divorce from Nicole, with whom he shares a child. He says Smith’s actions destroyed the love and connection in their marriage.

Steve Smith has yet to speak on the situation, and the NFL has stayed quiet too.
But baby, if these allegations are true, this might get uglier before it gets any better.
One thing’s for sure—this ain’t the kind of highlight reel anyone wants to be featured in.
