Stefon Diggs is taking legal action and making it crystal clear that he is ready to defend his name.
The New England Patriots star filed a libel lawsuit against Christopher Blake Griffith after the social media personality publicly accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting him in 2023.
The claims went viral, but according to Diggs, they are not only false but also intentionally damaging.

According to the court documents filed on October 1, Diggs said Christopher Blake Griffith pushed a fabricated story about an alleged encounter at the NFL star’s Rockville, Maryland home in May 2023.
Diggs shared that after a charity basketball game in Washington, DC, he and a group of influencers went out to a club before heading back to his house.
The wide receiver said he eventually went into his room while his assistant asked Griffith to leave.
Two years later, Griffith resurfaced online and accused Stefon Diggs of drugging him, making unwanted advances, attempting sexual assault, and even conspiring to have him killed.
Diggs denied all claims in the lawsuit.
Griffith’s Statements And The Social Media Fallout
Griffith, who has nearly 100,000 Instagram followers, posted the allegations publicly and tagged brands like Ugg and actress Sarah Jessica Parker, who appeared with Diggs in a campaign.
His attorney, Jake Lebowitz, has publicly stood by Griffith’s accusations and said counterclaims for sexual battery are coming.
Earlier this year, Griffith shared a police report detailing his version of the alleged encounter.
In the report, he claimed Diggs gave him drug-laced candy, made sexual advances, and later orchestrated a violent confrontation that involved him being stripped, robbed, beaten, and forced into a car.
