Cori Broadus is officially a mom!
The daughter of rap icon Snoop Dogg, affectionately known as Choc, took to social media to announce the early arrival of her baby girl on Friday, February 28.
Born prematurely at just 25 weeks, Cori shared an emotional message about her journey to motherhood.
Cori Broadus Opens Up About Her Daughter’s Early Arrival
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Cori expressed both her struggles and gratitude:
“The princess arrived at 6 months 🥹👶🏽🎀 I’ve cried and cried, I’ve compared and compared, blaming myself that I wasn’t able to give her all that she needed.
But no matter what, God always shows me that I’m His child! Baby girl came at 25 weeks today, and she’s perfect as ever!
Thank you, God, for getting me this far, no matter the odds that are constantly thrown against me. 🙏 #NICUbaby #25weeker”

Cori Broadus’ High-Risk Pregnancy
Cori first announced her pregnancy in December and later revealed that her journey was high-risk due to her lupus diagnosis.

Despite concerns from doctors, she remained optimistic.
“I’m having a girl,” she shared. “Doctors were initially concerned, but God has His hands on me. Me and the baby are doing perfectly fine.”
While Cori Broadus has yet to reveal her daughter’s official name, her mom, Shante Broadus, has lovingly nicknamed the little one “My Berri.”
