Whew, Frens, the situation surrounding Smokey Robinson just got messier.

Fresh court filings reveal new accusers stepping forward in the ongoing legal battle against the Motown legend, and the latest claims are wild enough to make anybody pause and blink twice.

New Accusers Come Forward Against Smokey Robinson

According to the newly filed legal documents obtained by TMZ, a man known as John Doe says he worked for Smokey Robinson and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson, beginning in 2013.

His job was to clean and detail their cars early in the morning.

That is when he claims things took an uncomfortable turn.

John Doe alleges that on multiple occasions, Smokey came outside wearing nothing but underwear and touched or fondled his erect penis right in front of him.

He describes the moments as obvious and intentional, claiming Smokey even made gestures and comments that felt like invitations toward a nearby room.

Each time, he says he responded by telling Smokey to put some clothes on.

The accuser claims the behavior escalated around 2022 when Smokey allegedly grabbed his hand without consent and tried to force it onto his erect penis.

He says he was fired after that incident.

According to him, Smokey’s wife asked him to return a year later, but the inappropriate behavior allegedly picked up right where it left off.

Now here is where things get even more layered.

A new Jane Doe says she wants to join the lawsuit too.

She claims that while working as a housekeeper for the Robinsons, Smokey grabbed her hand more than ten times and tried to force her to touch his erect penis.

She says she stepped forward after hearing about other alleged victims and becoming concerned for her safety.

What Smokey Robinson’s Team Says About The Accusations

Smokey Robinson has already denied the earlier lawsuit from four Jane Does who accused him of sexual battery and assault.

His attorney, Christopher Frost, is pushing back hard against these new claims as well.

Frost says the accusers are part of a coordinated group trying to damage Smokey’s name and cash in by targeting an elderly superstar.

The Robinsons have filed their own lawsuit accusing the group of defamation and civil conspiracy.

Frost says they have asked the court to require the anonymous accusers to provide more evidence and release deposition transcripts, insisting that their story will fall apart once everything is reviewed.
