Fox Sports is facing serious allegations in a bombshell lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, a longtime hairdresser for the network, who claims she was fired after reporting workplace misconduct and rejecting advances from prominent figures, including former “Undisputed” host Skip Bayless.

The lawsuit paints a troubling picture of a toxic work environment rife with harassment, retaliation, and discrimination.

Skip Bayless Accused of Sexual Harassment

Faraji alleges that Bayless made persistent advances toward her over several years, escalating to a shocking offer of $1.5 million to sleep with him.

When she declined, Skip Bayless reportedly became irate, accusing her of having an affair with his co-host and “archrival,” Shannon Sharpe.

The suit details an alleged conversation in which Bayless said, “I would hate for you to lose your job,” implying her employment was at risk if she didn’t comply with his demands.

Noushin Faraji claims she rebuffed Bayless multiple times, even reminding him that he was married.

The situation reportedly reached a boiling point in 2021 when Bayless made another unwanted advance.

Allegations Against Fox Sports Leadership

Faraji’s lawsuit extends beyond Bayless, implicating senior executives at Fox Sports.

She accuses Charlie Dixon, the network’s executive vice president of content, of groping her during an office birthday party.

According to the suit, when Faraji reported the incident to Joy Taylor, a moderator on “Undisputed,” Taylor dismissed her concerns and reminded her that their jobs depended on Dixon’s favor.

Noushin Faraji claims that Fox’s HR department actively protected powerful abusers, fostering a culture of fear and silence.

“When Ms. Faraji and others came forward to report the wrongdoing, instead of addressing their concerns, Fox retaliated against them while the perpetrators… were inexplicably promoted,” the lawsuit states.

Claims of Retaliation & Wrongful Termination

The lawsuit alleges that Faraji’s schedule was slashed, and she was ultimately fired under false pretenses following the cancellation of “Undisputed.”

Fox allegedly claimed there was no longer a need for multiple hairdressers.

Noushin Faraji, who is Iranian, also alleges she experienced racial and ethnic discrimination during her tenure.

Faraji accuses Skip Bayless and Charlie Dixon of sexual battery and sexual harassment, while the lawsuit charges Fox Sports with harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Fox Sports Responds

A Fox Sports spokesperson issued a brief statement, saying, “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”

Skip Bayless’ Current Role

Skip Bayless, who left Fox Sports last summer after eight years, now hosts a weekly podcast, “The Skip Bayless Show”.

He has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.

A Pattern of Allegations?

Faraji’s lawsuit is the latest in a string of accusations aimed at Fox Sports, highlighting what she describes as a “toxic culture.”

The case underscores broader issues of workplace harassment and the challenges employees face when reporting misconduct at powerful organizations.

As this lawsuit unfolds, it shines a spotlight on the culture within Fox Sports and raises significant questions about accountability and justice in high-profile workplaces.
