After speculation swirled about Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon calling it quits, the actor took to Instagram to set the record straight.
But he didn’t stop there—he had a few other things to get off his chest.
The 54-year-old “S.W.A.T.” star reminded his fans—and anyone else paying attention—that his personal life is his business.
However, he acknowledged that being in the public eye comes with scrutiny.
That said, Shemar made it clear he won’t tolerate hateful or negative comments about Jesiree, the mother of his daughter, Frankie.
He praised her as a “dope-ass mama” and himself as a “dope-ass dad,” emphasizing that despite their split, they will always share love and respect for each other.
Most importantly, he urged everyone to focus on their own lives instead of his.
A Look Back Shemar Moore & Jesiree Dizon’s Relationship
Shemar and Jesiree grew close in 2020 following the passing of his mother, Marilyn Joan Wilson-Moore.
They went Instagram official in January 2023 when Shemar announced they were expecting their first child together.

However, by November 2024, he revealed to People magazine that marriage wasn’t in the cards for them.
“I didn’t have a good role model for marriage in my life—not my mother, not my father, nobody close to me,” he shared, adding that he often questions societal expectations around marriage.
For Shemar, living in the moment has always been more important.
“Tomorrow’s not guaranteed, but Jesiree, I’ll give you everything I got today and tomorrow. She is my partner. She is the mother of Frankie. Frankie has a dope-ass mama, and I’m gonna try to be a dope-ass daddy. And we’re gonna do that until God calls my name,” the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 actor said.
