Saweetie Responds To Explosive Allegations From Maybach Mayy
Saweetie is breaking her silence after being hit with some eyebrow-raising accusations from a woman named Maybach Mayy, who claims she used to be the rapper’s road manager.
In a series of now-deleted Instagram Story posts, Maybach Mayy accused the “Tap In” rapper of everything from unpaid debts to drug use and even “witchcraft.”
Yes, you read that right. Witchcraft.
Maybach’s posts quickly went viral after screenshots began circulating on X (formerly Twitter).
She alleged that Saweetie owes her money for work done during international trips, name-dropping London, Nigeria, Dubai, and Australia as part of their supposed whirlwind itinerary.
The Receipts And The Rumors
According to Maybach Mayy, she’d been “nice” about trying to collect the money she was owed but warned that her patience was wearing thin.
In one message, she wrote, “Cocaine, witchcraft, and liquor is one hell of a mix. Send me my bread, homewrecker!”
Maybach also brought up Saweetie’s rumored relationship with English soccer star Jadon Sancho, posting screenshots of alleged text messages that seemed to imply Saweetie was more focused on the bag than the man.
She accused both Saweetie and Sancho of owing her money and hinted that their romance might have been more transactional than romantic.
From there, things only got messier.
Maybach claimed she helped Saweetie land appearances overseas and book deals, alleging the rapper “never balled before” and was looking for a “happy life.”
Fans online were quick to join the chat, with some suggesting the two women’s relationship sounded more like business of another kind than a standard artist-manager situation.
Social media detectives wasted no time piecing together theories, with one user writing, “Lmao she not no ‘road manager,’ she’s a madame.”
Saweetie Speaks Out
As the drama flooded timelines, Saweetie decided to clear the air herself.
In a statement posted to her Instagram Story, the “Richtivities” rapper denied the accusations, calling them “false, defamatory, and deeply disturbing.”
She wrote:
The recent accusations made about me are false, defamatory, and deeply disturbing.
These claims misrepresent the facts and are solely aimed to damage my reputation.
This person never managed me.
She was simply introduced to me by family. Her motives are now obvious.
