Rick Ross confessed on a recent episode of “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” that he gave up lean after he fell asleep having sex and the woman he was with thought he died.
Ross said he told the woman to calm down and reassured her that everything was fine.

Lean, also known as purple drank, is a mixture of codeine and other ingredients, such as soda and candy.
Mixing in promethazine strengthens the effects of codeine and can make you feel relaxed and sleepy.
Rick Ross more than likely had promethazine in his purple drank that day.
