Netflix has renewed its popular sci-fi series, “Raising Dion,” for a second season.
The series follows a widowed single mom who discovers that her son has superpowers and tries to figure out how to raise him safely and responsibly.
“Raising Dion,” which is executive produced by Michael B. Jordan and stars Alisha Wainwright and Ja’Siah Young, was Netflix’s #1 most popular series with kids and families.
Season two will feature eight hour-long episodes with more adventures in the life of Dion.
Production on the new season will begin this year.
